Description :
Machine for handling, loading / unloading and the breakout of flat glass sheets.
Structure made of electro-welded steel tubes, protected by two coats of paint: rust-proofing and coloured enamel.
Work top with or without tilting arms.
With optional tilting arms, the oscillation is activated by a pneumatic cylinder which makes it possible to reach the sub-vertical position to simplify the manual loading or unloading of the sheet.
The oscillating arms also house the manual extraction sheet supports.
The table top is made of meticulously planar wood and covered with felt to ensure the very best performance of the air cushion.
Powerful forced air system made with a fan to create an "air cushion" between table and glass sheet. This enables the drastic reduction of friction and facilitates all manoeuvring of the glass sheet.
The edges of the workbench are made of hard wood to allow the manual breakout of the glass sheet.
The machine can be completed with a series of pneumatically activated breakout bars (optional) inserted into the workbench with the relative control pedals situated near the relative bars.
